Stocked with quality clothing donated by generous individuals and businesses, the clothing closet provides free clothing to over 100 people a month. Clients are able to receive clothing for job interviews as well as work wear. Children receive school clothes and playwear. Staffed and managed by the participants of Virginia’s Playhouse (seniors and mentally disabled individuals), the closet is open weekdays.
Hours of Operation: Tuesday– Thursday 10 am-12:00 pm, Monday– Friday Closed for cleaning
Requirements: Social Security Card for self and children
The Facts: Stewpot’s Clothing Closet serves over 100 individuals a month. Stewpot’s community members help sort and size donated clothes.
