Second Harvest Food Bank’s mission is to end hunger in Orange County. Last year, our Food Bank distributed 56.1 million pounds of food to our Partner Network members who then provided food to those in need at hundreds of locations throughout the county. We propel change through strategic, innovative partnerships and collaborations with community organizations that are equally committed to alleviating poverty. We provide reliable access to sufficient and nutritious foods and are dedicated to creating a community where all can thrive. Together we are creating a future in which no one goes hungry. Ever.
Second Harvest Food Bank, an affiliate of Feeding America, works to end hunger in Orange County. We collect and distribute nutritious food to more than 250,000 individuals at risk of going hungry each month in Orange County through a network of 312 community partners who distribute food to the hungry in every city in the county.
