Manna is a faith-based social services agency addressing poverty in Van Zandt County, Texas. Manna has always been an emergency food bank where families or individuals can come once per month, established to help families get through a temporary situation with enough food for a couple of days. Although all clients do not come every month, some do. We are finding that Manna is more commonly a repetitive need in our county.
