The Homeless Alliance of WNY facilitates dialogue and strategic action to end homelessness.
The Homeless Alliance of Western New York is the lead agency for both the Continuum of Care (CoC) and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming and Orleans Counties. While we do not offer direct services of our own, our work fosters collaboration in the community to implement best-practice models ensuring everyone has a home. We are the data nerds of the WNY homelessness alleviation community, offering technical assistance and a bird’s eye view.
