IMPORTANT UPDATE: Unfortunately the Gender & Sexuality Center where Gender Affirming Closet is hosted is physically closed. We are currently all working remotely and will be into the Spring 2021 semester. At this moment we do not have a process in place to safely receive new donations and are unsure of when will be able to recommence that process. Our hope is that we can potentially start taking in new clothing in the Fall of 2021, if we are permitted to based on CDC and public health guidance.  If you are able to wait that long that’s great and if you are still looking to donate the products that you have at an earlier date then we can suggest Transthrive and St. Anthony’s  as really great organizations to donate clothing to.

The Gender Affirming Clothing Closet is an on-campus resource with the intention of providing Transgender, Non-binary, and Gender Non-conforming students access to clothing and accessories within a safe space.

The Gender Affirming Clothing Closet is a part of the Transgender & Non-Binary Student Services in development out of the Gender and Sexuality Center this academic year. The Cultural Centers are making a commitment to continue to grow as a department to better support transgender and non-binary students at USF through new programs and services.
