The Clothes Closet was established by the Methodist Church as an outlet to help provide affordable clothing to the community. It is located at the corner of N. Main and North Street across from the church in a metal building. Volunteers from several area churches work together in this community outreach.  All proceeds from the Clothes Closet go into the Society of St. Stephens Ministry of the church; a fund dedicated to helping local people in need of financial aid. (Ten percent of proceeds go to help fund the Franklin Food Pantry)

The Clothes Closet accepts donations at any time by dropping off your clothing (in bags please) in the receiving alcove at the back of the building.

If you plan to shop at the Clothes Closet, please note that only cash is accepted.

If you would like to make a financial donation to support the Clothes Closet Ministry or if you would like to help volunteer by sorting clothes/working store hours, please contact the church office.
