Closet of Hope User Information

All families must be pre-registered to use the Closet of Hope. New to the Closet of Hope? Welcome! .

PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS if you’re a first-time visitor, or if your last visit was before March 12, 2018. On subsequent visits, a simple update form and required documentation will be required ONLY if you have a new child/children living in your home since your last visit. To complete the initial registration process:

1. Download and complete the CLOSET OF HOPE INTAKE FORM (fillable, and includes a list of required documents)

2. E-mail completed form and required documents to FOPClosetofHope@gmail.com

About Closet of Hope

The Closet of Hope is a volunteer-run resource providing clothing and other items free of charge to children (ages newborn to 18) of Foster, Adoptive, Kinship, Guardianship and Safe Families in our church and community. Families may receive clothing and supplies for new child placements and growing children, and is a resource for ALL of the children in your home. Our goal is to support, encourage and equip your family to continue to do the great work you are doing!

LOCATION: Together Church, 2950 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming, MI. Enter through the Main Office doors, and the Closet of Hope is a few doors down on the left side of the hallway.
