Community Care Center is here to provide food assistance to families in need.
All that is needed is your name, physical address (must be located in Granite city, Madison, Mitchell, Pontoon Beach or Venice ), your household size (include children under age of 18 with their age, grade and school).
Food baskets can be delivered to the elderly, individuals with disabilities, no transportation, single parents and to pregnant women. Call CCC at 618-876-8770 or send a message on the Community Care Center Facebook page for your specific needs.
Monday – Thursday there is a sack lunch provided by Community Care Center between 11 am to 12 pm for individuals residing in the above designated cities.
