Client Visits:
The Clothing Closet is available to income-eligible residents of West Des Moines, Clive, and Windsor Heights by appointment only. Items are provided free of charge. Please note, the Clothing Closet is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. Please check back for updates, or email HumanServices@wdm.iowa.gov with any questions. Please bring the following at the time of application:
- Proof of address (current piece of date-stamped mail or a lease)
- Proof of gross income for past 30 days
- Photo id for head of household
- Identification for all household members (e.g., social security card, photo id, health insurance card, school id, or other valid form of identification
