Cebu Food Bank & Soup Kitchen is an initiative of:

In response to the pandemic brought about by COVID-19, a mobile kitchen has recently been operating in order to feed indigent families of selected depressed communities in Metro-Cebu.
The mobile kitchen’s staff is manned by the Philippine Navy Reservists, managed by SimplyShare Foundation in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Cebu.
The Soup Kitchen is currently housed inside the compound of Mabolo Parish Church with the guidance of Fr. Pat Ornopia. Rise Against Hunger Philippines, the local subsidiary of an international hunger relief organization provides guidelines & policies based on their established Food bank in Tondo, Manila.
