Our Mission
We’re a non-profit that desires to demonstrate the love of Jesus by providing for the spiritual, physical, and financial needs and empowering the area’s neediest citizens to transform hopelessness into potential.

In Georgia, our poverty statistics can be overwhelming. According to U.S. census data, Georgia has the third highest overall poverty rate in the nation, and we rank sixth in the nation for food insecurity. Community Christian Council provides meals annually in the West Georgia and surrounding areas. We also host volunteers throughout the year — volunteers who serve selflessly by doing whatever needs to be done — serving meals, providing triage, doing construction, painting…the list goes on! Local partners and programs provide us with food for hundreds of families during the holiday season and throughout the year. Because of generous donations from church congregations, schools, companies, and civic organizations, we are grateful to have the ability to make a meaningful impact to relieve hunger in our own community.
