Project HOPE food bank is located in Hot Springs Arkansas. We opened in 2009 after an advisory board, Project HOPE Health Coalition, determined it would benefit Central Arkansas to have available a local Food Bank. We operate as a pooling of resources, helping to supporting 45 area non-profits that do not have the assets to purchase or store enormous quantities of food. Purchasing food wholesale in large lots for the best price helps homeless shelters, charity kitchens, food pantries, crisis centers, children’s homes, school backpack programs and children’s feeding programs to fulfill their missions.
Project HOPE Food Bank distributes food to 55 agencies in central Arkansas, that serve those at risk of hunger.
