Bed-Stuy Campaign Against Hunger provides emergency food, and other social services including Food Stamp screenings, Brooklyn’s only community-focused urban garden and assistance with enrollment in publicly-supported health insurance to persons in need.

SuperPantry Program provides emergency food five days a week. New Yorkers in need visit our SuperPantry in search of free food and support services. The program is unique in comparison to an average food pantry because the food is selected based on client choice and is run similar to a supermarket. The individuals are allowed to select fresh fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, vegetables, various food items, and new clothes according to their preference instead of receiving a pre-packaged pantry bag.
