Potential clients enter through the eastern entrance to the building. Individuals seeking service should bring identification (e.g. drivers license, passport, national identification card) and proof of an address within the parish boundaries (Horne on the West, Val Vista on the East, Brown on the North, and Baseline to the South). Proof of an address can be a lease or rental agreement or an utility bill that contains the client’s name and address.
Once clients are registered, they may return on a regular basis every two weeks with proof of current address until such time as the need no longer exists.
